Arranging inspection after inspection by prospective purchasers, while the tenants were still in residence could not have been easy - yet you achieved that without getting the tenants offside;indeed, from what I hear you were able to maintain cordial relations with them until they moved out just two weeks before the new owners moved in.
This meant that I was left without rent for just two weeks. It was a great achievement - and a very happy outcome for me.
Your advice during the intial advertising period was invaluable. Having been in the New Home Construction Sales Area for over 25 years, I was able to fully appreciate your marketing strategy, your ability to read the market and, finally, your negotiating skills.

During the time my investment property was on the market for sale I encountered a number of issues pertaining to the property including vandalism, which would have been deemed too troublesome to deal with by most agents. The resolution of these issues, including liasing and providing access to the police, builders was exasperated given I was working and living 500 km outside of Sydney at the time.
